Market your small business high-tech goods and services to government agencies such as NASA and JPL. Learn how.
Small Biz Update by Carolyn Allen
Government agencies have mandates to work with small businesses. Many innovative concepts, products, and services come out of small business and to be perfectly frank, maybe some small businesses might have more reasonable, more patriotic, more cost effective solutions for our government than some of the large corporations that are under a lot of scrutiny for questionable practices. Step up, let your government agencies know about your small business solutions -- be part of our country's supply chain. NASA and JPL have significant California operations that need a wide range of business services and products -- including cutting edge green technologies. Here are a couple ways to get acquainted with how NASA works, and what they need.

Their job is to ensure that small businesses, small disadvantaged, and women owned businesses, have an equitable opportunity to compete for JPL contracts. Their responsibility and commitment to small businesses, small disadvantaged, and women owned businesses are to increase those competitive opportunities.
JPL has an aggressive program designed to afford small business the maximum opportunity to compete for contracts, and to place the maximum number of contracts for supplies and services with them, without decreasing the performance efficiency of any contract.
