lawn mower during the Valley Air District’s “Clean Green Yard Machines” program. Through
the program, which runs April 21 to May 31 (while supplies last), you can call the Valley Air
District offices to request a program voucher. The voucher will give you detailed
instructions on how you can trade-in your old gas-powered, polluting lawn mower to
receive a no emissions, Neuton cordless electric lawn mower at a huge discount. Neuton
and the Valley Air District are offering this mower, which normally retails at $418.95, for
only $150 with the trade-in of a used, polluting mower. The Neuton mower includes a 14”
adjustable cutting blade, mulching kit, and two-year warranty.

- Call or email the Valley Air District to request a voucher between April 23 and May 31. Central Region (559) 230-6000: Northern
Region (209) 557-6400: Southern Region (661) 326-6900 (business hours when calls will be taken are Mon-Thurs 8 am-5 pm).
Email anytime during the six week program at public.education@valleyair.org.
- You will receive a voucher in the mail within about one week. The voucher will give you specific instructions on how to turn in
your old gas powered mower at one of our nine recycling locations throughout the Valley.
- Upon turning in your old gas powered mower, you will be given a recycler verification code which will allow you to order your
new mower directly from Neuton
- You need both a numbered voucher and a recycler verification code to order your new mower.
- After you’ve placed your order with Neuton via a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), your mower will be delivered
to your home within seven working days. Check payments are also accepted, but your mower will be shipped only once the
check is received by Neuton.
How the program works...
All purchases must be made between April 21 and May 31, 2007. Supplies are limited. One lawn mower per voucher. Limit of three vouchers per household (to encourage
participation by residential landscape companies). California sales taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer per CA Form 540 2EZ Tax Booklet.
